Brian Boussy – Regional Director – East Coast
For over 30 years, I have been dedicated to educating young adults in a variety of environments. In the classroom, I was known as ‘Mr. Boussy,’ earning the title of Teacher of the Year four times at Howard High School before retiring in June 2024 after three decades at the same institution.
On the field, I’m ‘Coach B,’ serving as an assistant coach and goalkeeper trainer for McDaniel College Women’s Soccer. Throughout my tenure, I’ve contributed to five NCAA tournament appearances and had the privilege of working with two All-American goalkeepers.
At the club level, I lead as the Director of Coaching for Freedom Soccer Club in Eldersburg, MD. With more than 25 teams, FSC stands as one of the largest volunteer-coached soccer clubs in Maryland.
After concluding my teaching career, I stepped into a new role, embracing a fresh challenge and shaping my identity within Get On The Bus (GOTB), an inspiring non-profit organization. GOTB provides life and mental skill lessons, equips young athletes with new gear, and creates opportunities for 4th and 5th graders in Title I schools across the country to experience the joy of recreational soccer.
